8.30am
Everyone is having a great time! They all enjoyed the 7 mile walk yesterday, weather was perfect the whole day.
Had a close encounter with an ex headteacher (Mr White!) on the beach at Studland while eating ice lollies!
They then had an excellent session on the creatures and plants of the beach with Chrissie from the Studland Study Centre.
All happy and well this morning and looking forward to the Brownsea adventure today.
1.00pm
On Chain ferry towards Brownsea Island.
Ms Hunt has arrived and saying farewell to Mrs Assemakis, weather a little windy but still fine.
Everyone slept like logs last night!

Clara, Andrea's computer not working so i'm sending following for her! Julie
ReplyDeleteHello Clara. I'm typing this with Blackberry running around at my feet. She (or is it a he? Still not sure) has been given lots of attention while you've been away, by Edward and myself. She's still eating loads of spinach and keeps leaping up in the air and rushing around. Very sweet. Sometimes that black cat sits outside the French windows and watches - not so sweet. Edward said loudly in the garden earlier 'Daddy has plans for that cat' - which probably wasn't the most tactful thing to say outside where the neighbours could hear.
We are missing you, but are pleased that you are having such a lovely time. I've been working on the plans for your birthday. Daddy says we should go and see Coraline - I wonder if you've heard of it? Jan has just arrived and is putting up the shelves in your room ready for when you come back. Love you, darling.
